Who delivers for us?
Digital Sushi uses several fantastic courier services, MDS Collivery and Berco. Both companies are nation-wide courier services, which allow us to ship all over South Africa
All of our Post Office shipments are done via Speed Service, and their Counter to Counter option.
*Some suppliers allow us to use drop shipping, which mean some orders may be delivered via other couriers.
Where do we deliver to?
We only deliver within the borders of South Africa; this excludes Swaziland. Orders may be shipped directly to your door, or work address.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping charges are dependant on what province you are in. Here is a break-down of the charges:
Western Cape / Gauteng / Free State / KwaZulu-Natal / Eastern Cape
Northern Cape / North West / Limpopo / Mpumalanga

Are orders insured?
Yes. All orders, over R1000, are insured and this is included in your shipping cost.
How long does an order take to be delivered?
This depends on the size of the parcel. Parcels ship in 24-71 hours, but please allow for an extra day or two to extreme outlaying areas.
I would like to track the progress of my shipment, can I do that?
Once your order has shipped we will send you an e-mail with the full shipment details. To track the progresses of an order please use one of the following methods:

Can I collect my order?
For security reasons we no longer offer collections on products.
